How do you play Pokémon Go?
Pokémon Go is a game that is warmly greeted by people world over. Everyone wants to download it and be on the go. However, not everyone knows how to play it, and here you will learn just how to get started with the game.
First, go to Google Apps store and sign up for the game. Customize it by selecting your gender, hair and eye color, the shirt, pants and shoes you want and your backpack style. After this, you will get to the game’s map.
At this point, you will have three Pokémons on your screen to choose from: Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle. Capture one of them, and the rest will disappear. Walking away from the three Pokémons gets you to the forth one. Here you get the Pikachu option.
After acquiring your first Pokémon, you will be required to go hunting for others physically. Normally populated areas have Pokestops. Creatures appear near many Pokestops. Best starting points are malls, public art facilities, and tourist spots.
The game involves walking around in search of the Pokémon. Your avatar also walks along the map as you walk. It uses GPS. In the real world when you are near a Pokémon, it will show on the screen. However, being glued to your phone while walking is risky; you can hold the phone by your side as you walk. You will always be notified on your phone by a vibration when you come across the Pokémon. Pokémon may also give you a unique call if your sound is turned on.
In case you are not in a safe place, you can go to a safer area where you can then tap the displaying Pokémon to capture it. The captured Pokémon then dances along your screen.
